Abstract

The screw cap is in two parts and has a central part with an internal screw thread and washer. The central top of the screw cap has a ratchet (6) so that the cap can be screwed up with a key but cannot be opened. The screw cap has an outside cylinder (12) made from plastics, which is screwed under the cap and has equally spaced ribs (4) to locate it. The plastics cylinder is broken off for opening the cylinder.
