Abstract

Ce procédé concerne la production d'un revêtement optiquement clair, incolore, transparent et conducteur de l'électricité, par dépôt sous vide. Il consiste à déposer sur le support 3 une première couche 5 de protoxyde de titane, puis une seconde couche 7 d'or ou d'argent et enfin une troisième couche 9 de protoxyde de titane pour ensuite traiter le revêtement ainsi obtenu au moyen d'une huile, d'une cire ou d'un autre matériau organique avant son exposition à l'air atmosphérique afin de contrôler le taux d'accroissement de l'oxydation du protoxyde de titane.
