Abstract

The ventilator has separate air inlet and outlet ducts and contains heat pipes, one end of these being in the outlet duct and the other end being in the fresh air duct. The heat pipe system is also connected to a solar energy collector mounted on the front of the ventilator. The solar energy collector is connected to the exhaust end of the heat pipe. This heat pipe is V shaped and the air passage are divided by a baffle.
