Abstract

Procédé pour le dosage de l'alpha-amylase par utilisation d'un substrat consistant en un dérivé oligomère ou polymère de l'amidon. On utilise un dérivé de l'amidon portant un substituant copulable avec formation d'un colorant, on sépare les produits de scission solubles à bas poids moléculaire formés à la scission du substrat de la phase contenant l'amidon, on copule avec un autre composant capable de former un colorant et on soumet le colorant formé à la mesure. Le procédé selon l'invention peut être appliqué en particulier pour l'analyse de l'alpha-amylase dans des appareils automatiques.
