Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un raccord de tuyau chevauchant, à savoir un manchon et une extrémité pointue, en particulier raccord à emmanchement pour tuyaux en matériaux minéraux, comportant un anneau joint élastique présentant d'une part deux lèvres annulaires formant en coupe axiale un V s'ouvrant radialement vers l'extérieur, de sorte que ces lèvres assurent l'étanchéité en s'appuyant contre la paroi intérieure du manchon, et, d'autre part, à l'opposé de l'angle formé par les deux lèvres, une zone d'étanchéité annulaire située radialement à l'intérieur qui assure l'étanchéité en s'appuyant contre la paroi extérieur de l'extrémité pointue, dans la paroi intérieure du manchon étant pratiquée une gorge qui empêche un déplacement axial important de l'anneau joint. Selon l'invention, les lèvres annulaires 10, 11 peuvent s'écarter librement.
