Abstract

Fabrication d'articles extrudés tels que des feuilles et des tubes en mousses synthétiques thermoplastiques. La référence numérique 22 se rapporte à un bloc rectangulaire métallique qui est un bon conducteur de la chaleur, de préférence en aluminium, ayant deux grandes faces opposées 22A, 22B parallèles entre elles. Dans le bloc 22 sont prévues des rangées parallèles A, B, C, D, E de trous 24 de section circulaire, ces trous étant au moins pratiquement perpendiculaires auxdites faces et étant de préférence identiques entre eux. Le bloc 22 est scellé sur sa périphérie sur une enceinte 26 dans laquelle est formé sur toute la périphérie du bloc un canal 28 de circulation de l'huile de refroidissement. La face 22A du bloc 22 forme une paroi latérale longitudinale d'un canal distributeur 30 prévu dans l'enceinte 26 pour le débit d'entrée de la résine fondue dans le bloc 22. La rection longitudinale du canal distributeur d'entrée 30 est indiquée par la flèche 32. Application aux extrudeuses de matières plastiques.
