Abstract

A rectangular frame (1) has two wheels (3) which can be raised and lowered along vertical guides by double acting hydraulic jacks (5). The wheels can be locked in raised and lowered positions. A retractable towbar (6) is provided for transport of the roller. Three heavy rollers (2) are mounted on frames (10) which are guided for vertical movement at (12) relative to frame (1). A towbar (7) is provided for the roller when working, at which time the wheels (2) are retracted. Towbar (7) can be raised to the vertical position for transport.
