Abstract

Mémoire morte dont la cellule est formé par deux diodes opposées montées en série, par l'intermédiaire desquelles peut être formée une connexion par pénétration. La diaphonie entre deux cellules voisines étant impossible, la densité d'empilement peut être très élevée. Les durées des cycles de la mémoire peuvent être petites, eu égard aux durées de commutation très courtes. Application : mémoire morte.
