Abstract
L'invention se rapporte à un dispositif d'alimentation de source lumineuse à semi-conducteur dont la puissance est régulée en régime établi par une boucle de régulation. L'invention a pour objet un dispositif d'alimentation comportant un dispositif de commutation électronique commandé par un signal caractéristique de la puissance émise par le laser qui ferme la boucle de régulation lorsque la puissance de sortie a atteint un certain seuil, un générateur de rampe fournissant une rampe de courant au laser, seulement à partir du moment où la tension d'alimentation est établie, pour atteindre le seuil. L'invention est applicable, notamment, à l'alimentation de lasers destinés à l'inscription ou à la lecture de vidéodisques.
