Abstract
The machine is designed to aid in an operatr to put into place electronic components on a perforated printed circuit board. The machine is of the type which has an operator part having substrate support elements, a projector and a displacement machanism. The projector (17) defines an image corresp. to the required position of the component on the substrate. The displacement mechanism displaces (X-Y) the substrate support element relative to the projector. The machine has a component magazine which is selectively controlled to bring a component of a given type into a position required by the operator. The projector (17) gives a vertical pencil of light (18) capable of producing a fine luminous sport on the substrate (23). The spot projector (18) has on its front face a display which indicates the orientation required for the component and its mounting sense.
