Abstract

La présente invention est relative à un accouplement pour wagons de chemin de fer. Il est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, en combinaison : a. Un attelage à axe longitudinal; b. Une tête d'accouplement munie d'une tige; c. Une cheville amovible de retenue de ladite tige dans l'attelage; d. Un orifice prévu dans l'attelage par lequel la cheville peut être retirée, à proximité duquel se trouvent deux gorges opposées; e. Deux butées situées à proximité desdites gorges; f. Une plaque de retenue; g. Un bossage de butée portée par ladite plaque de retenue; et h. Des moyens qui coopèrent avec la plaque de retenue pour venir en contact avec l'autre butée, afin de limiter la rotation de la plaque de retenue dans le sens opposé, lorsque le bossage rencontre ladite première butée. Application aux accouplements de type rotatif pour wagons de chemin de fer.
