Abstract

Dispositif pour la coupe longitudinale d'une nappe en matière thermoplastique en bandes, en particulier une nappe en une matière de séparation pour les électrodes d'accumulateurs, comportant un porte-rouleau, un mécanisme de coupe muni de couteaux électriques montés sur un arbre commun, au moins deux rouleaux d'entraînement couplés à un dispositif d'entraînement en rotation assurant l'avancement de la nappe lors de la coupe et l'amenée des bandes découpées vers des arbres de réception d'un mécanisme de bobinage, les axes des rouleaux d'entraînement, du porte-rouleau et des arbres de réception étant parallèles, caractérisé en ce que les couteaux électriques sont montés sur des leviers 7 dont les moyeux 12 sont fixés sur un arbre commun 5, et les moyeux 12 des leviers 7 sur lesquels sont montés les couteaux électriques 6 étant munis d'une dent en forme de secteur à une extrémité et montés sur l'arbre 5 à l'aide d'une douille intermédiaire 14 ayant une dent en forme de secteur complémentaire 18, cette douille 14 étant fixée sur l'arbre 5 à la hauteur de la ligne de coupe, de sorte que la levée des couteaux électriques 6 puisse être réalisée automatiquement par une interaction desdites dents 16, 18 lors de la rotation de l'arbre 5.
