Abstract

L'invention est relative à un dispositif numérique de mesure de longueurs, comportant une échelle incrémentale palpée par un capteur photo-électrique et un étage d'exploitation de la mesure comportant deux compteurs et agissant sur un dispositif d'affichage ou de commande. Selon l'invention, le dispositif 15 de commande de l'emplacement du zéro, qui est affecté à un point fixe de l'échelle est relié au compteur principal 13, tandis que le point zéro du compteur auxiliaire 22 peut être fixé par un commutateur à touches 23 indépendamment du point zéro du compteur principal 13, et que les deux compteurs 13, 22 sont à tour de rôle montés, par l'intermédiaire de commutateurs de commande 25, 26, 27, sur le dispositif d'affichage ou de commande 14. Le dispositif est applicable aux machines-outils, pour régler la position de l'outil.
