Abstract

The panel is used in contruction work to install insulation cladding, outer and inner panels providing a double skin. The panels have one longitudinal side formed to equal the thickness of the cladding, the opposing side providing a fastening connecting adjoining panels. The first edge has a trapezoidal form, the sides (28, 29) converging upwards to a flat top (34). Its outer edge (30) is flanged in line with the body (22) of the panel (21), the inner edge having a step (27) for the second edge (23) of the adjoining panel. This has a hairpin shape and panels can be close nested on a pallet when stored.
