Abstract

Procédé pour assurer, dans la section de séchage d'une machine à papier, le passage de la bande de la section de pressage à la section de séchage, cette machine à papier comprenant au commencement de la section de séchage un groupe de cylindres spécial 1-6, en deux rangées superposées et décalées, dans lequel passe en zigzag la bande de papier W supportée par une bande inférieure de séchage 20. L'invention met en oeuvre un cylindre séchoir d'entrée 40 entre la section de pressage 41 et la section de séchage, ainsi qu'une bande supérieure de séchage 10 destinée à presser, à la partie supérieure des cylindres supérieurs 2, 4, 6, la bande de papier W contre la bande inférieure de séchage 20. Application : machines à papier à grandes vitesses.
