Abstract

La présente invention concerne un liant, en particulier un béton ou mortier, ainsi que son procédé de préparation. Ce liant est caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend les liants minéraux, en particulier du ciment Portland de composition courante, du ciment de laitier, du ciment de haut-fourneau, du ciment alumineux, du ciment Portland modifié à la base de 11CaO.7Al2 OSIN3.CaF 2 , du ciment de Romans, éventuellement du bitume et/ou du goudron, et les additifs éventuellement présents ainsi qu'au moins une matière plastique, présente de préférence sous forme dispersée dans un liquide et/ou sous forme dissoute, ayant un indice Tmax, évalué selon la norme allemande DIN 53445, inférieur à - 8 degrés C, le bitume et/ou le goudron éventuellement reformé de façon supplémentaire est en présence sous forme broyée, dispersée à sec, dispersée dans un liquide et/ou dissoute.
