Abstract

L'invention concerne les supports de message composés d'un seul feuillet qui après pliage peut éventuellement faire l'objet d'une expédition. Selon l'invention le feuillet est divisé par des lignes transversales de pliage en une succession d'élements comprenant des panneaux formant les parois d'une enveloppe et un ou plusieurs volets adjacents formant un insert Les moyens de scellement sont disposés sur les bords libres des panneaux et des volets et sur chaque volet adjacent à un panneau le long de la ligne de pliage correspondante, tandis qu'une ligne de rupture par arrachement est prévue le long de chaque moyen de scellement porté par un volet. Des lignes de perforations détachables superposées après pliage, portées par les panneaux et chaque volet adjacent à un panneau permettant l'ouverture du pli scellé et l'extraction de l'insert. De tels feuillets présentés en assemblage continu permettent une édition sur imprimante, en frappe directe.
