Abstract

The envelope is printed one side with any publicity message and the address of the sender. The other side has the address of its destination. The two side flaps (4) are folded over the centre portion (11), the lower flap (2) folded over and stuck down, with a strip (5) folded back and stuck to the flap (10, 101). Any literature is inserted and the upper flap (3) folded down and stuck (6) to the lower. Opening is by tearing along perforations (51, 61) and, if returned, the folds are reversed and restuck down, making use of adhesive (8) on the other side. All adhesive is pre-applied.
