Abstract

Installation de concentration et de séchage par air chaud, comprenant, d'une part, une unité de concentration comportant un circuit de vapeur de chauffage, dont la sortie est reliée à un condenseur, et, d'autre part, une unité de séchage par air chaud, alimentée en air chaud par un circuit d'alimentation comportant un dispositif de prélèvement d'air extérieur et un dispositif de chauffage de l'air prélevé pour le porter à une température prédéterminée. Elle comprend en outre un échangeur de chaleur 15 ayant un circuit d'air placé en série dans le circuit 3 d'alimentation en air de l'unité de séchage 2, en amont du dispositif de chauffage 14, et un circuit de vapeur alimenté en vapeur à partir du circuit de vapeur de chauffage de l'unité de concentration 1.
