Abstract

The hydraulic control system has simplified layout, adjustability, small space requirements, short connecting piping and reliable seals. The unit (1) contains components connected to the pump (6) by pipes (2-5). The pump takes fluid from the tank (7) and returns the fluid to the same tank. The unit is fitted with an energy converter (8) in the form of a double-acting piston. The unit further contains an electromagnetically operated two-position control slide (9) connected in a module component fashion with its connecting surface carrying four connecting orifices (P, T, A, B). The layout and mutual distances of the orifices correspond to a unified pattern. The orifices are connected with various inlets and return connections of the slide by channels (92 to 95). The layout of the orifices (P, T, A, B) coincides with the orifices in the base plate (10) containing the channels (102 to 105) connecting with the slide (9).
