Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de surfaçage d'une matière en feuille par application d'une résine synthétique. Ledit procédé consiste à soumettre une couche de résine partiellement mûrie d'épaisseur uniforme et la matière en feuille à traiter à un chauffage sous pression et à haute fréquence au contact d'un moule ayant une surface de décollement présentant le dessin à gaufrer dans la couche de résine pendant un temps suffisant pour achever la maturation de cette dernière, pour la coller à la matière en feuille et pour gaufrer la surface, à interrompre le chauffage, à laisser refroidir l'ensemble comprenant la matière en feuille la résine et le moule sous pression, à relâcher la pression et à enlever la matière en feuille surfacée du moule. Application à la réalisation de pièces en matières imitant le cuir pour confectionner des composants de chaussures tels que des tiges.
