Abstract

Porte-outil d'alésage à opérations multiples, composé d'un corps formant guide central d'alésage, fixé en extrémité d'une broche rotative, et comportant un coulisseau porte-grains d'usinage à course oblique, commandé par une barre coulissante coaxiale avec ce corps et la broche. Le coulisseau comporte sur sa face frontale deux grains de chanfreinage par lamage, à angle et rayon d'attaque frontal différents, et un grain de dressage par chariotage oblique, le recul du coulisseau assurant conjointement le retrait des grains de chanfreinage et le mouvement de chariotage du grain de dressage. Application à la réalisation d'alésages cylindriques et d'usinages coniques rigoureusement concentriques, et en particulier, aux opérations sequentielles de finition, en grande série, des sièges et guide de soupapes de culasses de moteurs à combustion interne.
