Abstract

Agricultural soil cultivation machine has rotors on vertical axes and of rigid construction driven through the ground, with mounting sections and working ones clear of the axis of rotation. The working sections each are of a length at least equal to the radius of the circles described by their upper-most points, while their lowest portions (42) are turned outwards, typically at approximately 90 deg. They can be directed towards the rear, typically at 50 deg. to the radius passing through the point where each joins the main portion. They can also be flattened, and off the same width as the remainder.
