Abstract

Montage préfabriqué permettant de réaliser un plancher conforme aux normes techniques de sécurité et d'isolation thermique. Il comprend une poutrelle 1 comportant une sous face isolante 2 cette poutrelle supporte un entrevous 3 lequel supporte lui-même un coffrage isolant 4. Le montage est lié par la poutrelle et la dalle de compression 5 qui assurent la solidité de l'ensemble. L'isolation thermique étant obtenue par l'association des isolants 2 et 4, alors que l'entrevous 3 permet l'accrochage aisé des enduits. L'invention peut être utilisée pour la réalisation de planchers d'immeubles notamment lorsqu'ils disposent d'un système de chauffage électrique nécessitant un coefficient d'isolation thermique donné.
