Abstract

a. Installation de protection contre les surintensités de courant pour un transistor de commutation. b. Installation caractérisée en ce que la charge GL placée dans le circuit de charge du transistor de commutation T1 est disposée entre l'émetteur et l'une des bornes K2 de la source de tension du circuit de charge, et l'émetteur du transistor de commutation relié à l'autre borne K1 de la source de tension par l'intermédiaire d'une résistance R4 produisant une tension initiale pour la charge GL à commuter, un couplage de réaction comportant au moins un transistor T3 étant prévu au circuit d'entrée du transistor de commutation. c. Application dans le cas de charges à commuter consistant en des lampes à incandescence.
