Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un procédé pour économiser l'énergie dans les installations laitières de traite équipées d'une cuve réfrigérée pour l'emmagasinage provisoire du lait avant expédition. Il consiste à utiliser les calories extraites du lait en cours de réfrigération, pour chauffer l'eau nécessaire à l'entretien périodique de ces installations. Un condenseur-échangeur à eau 7 est intercalé entre le condenseur à air 3 et le compresseur 1 du circuit classique 100 du groupe frigorifique destiné à réfrigérer la cuve 14 d'emmagasinage provisoire du lait 13. L'eau de refroidissement de ce condenseur (circulation, flèche G) est utilisée pour les opérations quotidiennes d'entretien utilisant de l'eau chaude et tirée, soit directement par le robinet 84, soit indirectement par le robinet 83 après stockage dans le cumulus 8.
