Abstract

La présente invention est du domaine des techniques de la fromagerie et vise plus précisément un dispositif pour l'essorrage de certains fromages. Selon l'invention, un dispositif pour l'essorrage de caillebote disposée dans une faisselle 6, est caractérisé par des moyens pour animer à partir d'un mouvement continu de rotation d'un arbre moteur, au moins un presseur 8 d'un mouvement alternatif vertical et par des moyens pour faire tourner à partir du mouvement continu de rotation dudit arbre moteur, ledit presseur d'un certain angle lorsque ledit presseur est au voisinage d'une position haute. Application aux opérations de pré-pressage de certains fromages par un dispositif entièrement mécanisé.
