Abstract

The electrical terminal incorporates a flat part and a lug, the lug being compressed around a conductor, connecting it to the flat part. A hole (12) is made in the flat part (11) near the lug (14) whose length is sufficient to wrap it round the conductor to be connected. The conductor (13) is inserted into the hollow (15) of the lug, thus being prevented from sliding away during the lug (14) deformation. The flat part of the terminal has a circular hole cut into it to give an anchoring position for the connecting wire.
