Abstract

La presse est du type à deux rubans sans fin à plaques articulées dont les tronçons tournés l'un vers l'autre sont mis en mouvement dans la même direction au moyen de tambours de pression, et dans laquelle chaque ruban sans fin est entouré d'un ruban d'acier sans fin. La presse est caractérisée par le fait que chacun des cylindres 36, 37 formant une zone de haute pression est entouré d'un ruban sans fin en polyamide 73, 74 disposé entre le cylindre et le ruban sans fin 48, 47, lesquels rubans sont guidés par un cylindre de renvoi 75, 77, et que les rubans sans fin en polyamide présentent une épaisseur telle que l'on empêche la nappe comprimée dans la zone de basse pression de reprendre de l'épaisseur par élasticité. Application à la fabrication de panneaux, tels que panneaux de particules, de fibres, ou similaires.
