Abstract

Procédé pour utiliser des matériaux fins contenant du SiC ou du FeSi et ayant une granulométrie inférieure à 0,2 mm, dans la fabrication de porteurs de silicium utilisables en métallurgie. Un mélange constitué de 30 à 85 % de matériaux fins contenant du SiC et/ou du Fesi, 10 à 15 % de liant hydraulique, et pour le reste de grains plus gros que 0,2 mm contenant du silicium, est comprimé à 300 kg/cm** 2, durci sous atmosphère saturée de vapeur, sous une pression de 10 kg/cm**2 à une température supérieure à 100 degrés C.
