Abstract

L'invention concerne une pompe centrifuge à axe vertical. La pompe comporte un corps fixe ou bol 16 fermé à sa partie inférieure et évasé en tronc de cône 50 à sa partie supérieure, ladite partie évasée servant de siège à un bloc amovible 22, comprenant la roue de pompe 88 et le moteur d'entraînement 94. Le bloc amovible est pourvu de cloisons étanches 52, 54, 56 qui définissent avec le bol, une chambre d'aspiration 70, une chambre de refoulement 74 et une chambre d'évent 80. Application au pompage de liquides dangereux, notamment radio-actifs.
