Abstract

The vacuum flask valve set has an oblong tubular body with two radial mouths coupled to the flask on the one side and a drainage system on the other. Drainage and safety devices are mounted coaxially in the body, on a longitudinal spindle. The spindle can pass through a nut secured inside the body, one of its ends having a non-return plug (6) opposite the inlet in the body end (3). There can also be a tubular component movable between a position shutting off the drain and one clear of it, into which it is thrust by excess liquid pressure. This component forms the safety device.
