Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour le traitement de fils en mouvement. Le procédé consiste en continu : à délivrer un fil provenant d'un support d'alimentation, à traiter thermiquement un fil en mouvement, à refroidir le fil, à communiquer au fil une torsion provisoire qui remonte dans l'élément thermique, à renvider le fil détordu, éventuellement en le soumettant à un traitement thermique complémentaire, et il se caractérise par le fait que le traitement thermique est réalisé en soumettant le fil à un préchauffage par haute fréquence suivi d'un chauffage classique. De préférence on humidifie le fil avant traitement thermique par haute fréquence. L'invention s'applique plus particulièrement au traitement thermique de fil lors d'une opération de fausse torsion.
