Abstract

L'invention concerne la préparation d'esters. Il s'agit d'un procédé pour préparer un ester insaturé à double liaison alcénique, en faisant réagir de l'acide acrylique et/ou de l'acide méthacrylique avec un composé hydroxy à au moins un groupement hydroxyle primaire, en présence d'un catalyseur d'estérification acide et d'un solvant organique immiscible à l'eau. En fin de la réaction d'estérification, on ajoute un composé de lithium au mélange d'estérification et on soumet le mélange à une distillation. Les esters insaturés obtenus peuvent être utilisés pour la préparation de liants durcissables au rayonnement pour encres d'imprimerie, laques, colles et caoutchoucs et dans les industries papetière et textile.The invention relates to the preparation of esters.
