Abstract

Les éléments décrits permettent la construction en une seule opération de parois extérieures de constructions diverses répondant aux normes d'isolation pour chauffage électrique prescrits par l'EDF. Les divers éléments formant le système de construction comprennent de l'intérieur vers l'extérieur : a. La partie porteuse constituée par du béton moulé fortement alvéolé; b. La partie isolante constituée par une matière rigide, isolante, à pores fermées donc étanche à l'eau et à la vapeur d'eau, classement feu MO; c. La protection extérieure de l'isolant constituée par une dallette pleine de béton formant support de l'enduit extérieur. L'ensemble est monobloc, la partie isolante formant liaison rigide entre a et c. Cette liaison est assurée par adhérence du béton et est améliorée par un accrochage mécanique constitué par des queues d'aronde taillées dans l'isolant. Il n'y a pas d'épingles ou broches métalliques traversant l'isolant et constituant autant de ponts thermiques. L'invention peut être utilisée pour la construction des parois extérieures de tous immeubles par exemple : pavillons d'habitation à simple RDC ou avec etages, blocs d'habitation à plusieurs niveaux, bâtiments industriels, équipements socio-culturels (groupes scolaires, gymnases).
