Abstract

L'invention concerne les feuilles d'emballage des fromages à pâte molle. Selon l'invention l'emballage est constitué par une pellicule plastique contre-collée par points ou par traits à une feuille de papier paraffiné et est remarquable en ce que la pellicule plastique est formée par au moins deux films co-extrudés de matières thermoplastiques différentes, l'une étant choisie parmi celles qui, à épaisseur egale, se trouvent à la fois dans les moins perméables à la vapeur d'eau et dans les plus perméables à l'oxygène tandis que l'autre est choisie, à l'inverse, parmi celles qui se classent à la fois dans les plus perméables à la vapeur d'eau et les moins perméables à l'oxygène.
