Abstract

Appareillage dit super-calandre faisant partie d'une machine à papier et utilisé pour satiner la bande de papier W produite, cette calandre comportant un certain nombre de cylindres durs 1, 2, 5, 6 et un nombre essentiellement égal de cylindres tendres 10, 11, 12, 13 tels que des cylindres recouverts de papier par exemple. Les cylindres durs sont disposés l'un au-dessus de l'autre selon un empilement dans lequel sont formés des interstices à serrage dur Nh et en association avec le rouleau intermédiaire situé le plus en dessus et/ou le plus en dessous 1, 2 de l'empilement formé par les cylindres durs, sont formés, en plus d'un interstice à serrage dur n2h ; N6h entre deux cylindres durs, au moins deux interstices à serrage tendre N1s , Ns , N5s , N7s , dans lesquels un cylindre est constitué par un cylindre tendre, de préférence revêtu de papier 10, 11, 12, 13. Application : production du papier.
