Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de concassage pour cuve de réaction. Ce dispositif comporte deux enceintes ou compartiments qui sont interconnectés, et l'enceinte primaire définit une opération en trois étapes à l'aide d'un ensemble d'éléments de rotor 60 disposés de manière alternée avec des éléments de stator 40 et associés à eux de façon à assurer la réduction de la taille des agrégats contenus dans la boue à une taille prédéterminée quand celle-ci passe dans la seconde enceinte ou le second compartiment. Les organes de cisaillement du rotor et du stator montés adjacents à l'orifice d'admission sont de taille réduite et effectuent le concassage grossier des grosses particules, des éléments de rotor supplémentaires opérant sur les parties aval séparées de la boue tandis que celle-ci se divise pour s'écouler en deux flots distincts et subir des réductions de taille ultérieures distinctes.
