Abstract

The handling machinery is suitable for loading unit packages such as sacks or boxes onto pallets. The machinery has a feed conveyor which feeds the unit onto a base unit. The belt conveyor conveys a number of pallets arranged in rows and spaced equidistantly. The conveyor trolley is capable of movement along the belt conveyor. The trolley has a transfer plate mounted on the side of the trolley. The transfer plate and the second transfer plate are both forked, and the forks are interspaced between each other. The conveyor is fitted with a number of equally spaced support points.
