Abstract
The device is for determining phase in power supply networks for high, medium, and low voltages, and is designed to enable measurements to be taken with the network still in normal operation and without lengthy preparations. It consists of a fixed transmitter connected to a reference phase and a movable receiver section mounted in a vehicle and able to be connected to the phase to be identified. The transmitter consists of shaping and calibration circuits connected to the reference phase, a modulator, a low frequency oscillator, a stabilised supply, and a fixed radio transmitter. The receiver contains a radio receiver, a demodulator, active filter, shaping circuits and adapters and a phase shift measuring circuit.
