Abstract

The steel window or door frame is made up of a set of sections which enable a large air release compartment to be formed; fitments to be attached, and any condensation or water to drain off outside. Each sealing part has a strip which adheres to the surface to which it is applied. The sections are joined together with the aid of flat fitments which have corresponding projections and cavities in. A single screw is used and inserted through a hole in a fitment belonging to the section in question. The outer frame of the window or door is formed of one section whereas the inner frame are all made of parts symmetrically positioned in the inner supports of the frame.
