Abstract

This cable terminal unit, which is suitable for installation in the hollow walls of prefabricated buildings, is moulded in a circular form (1) with cable entries around its circumference. 'U'-shaped slots are provided around the unit with saw-tooth shaped teeth (11) projecting outwards to grip the sides of a hole. Further moulded projections (12) and knife edges around the circumference prevent the unit from rotating. This unit is simpler to instal than previous desings and permits cable to pass through it without having to be cut.
