Abstract

The drinker (A1) consists of a supply head (1) with a nozzle (10), fitted to the upper surface and near the opening of the waste gutter (2) and supplied with water under pressure from pipe (4). Nozzle (10) delivers water drop by drop, with no effort involved for the animal. If the water is not taken, it falls into waste gutter (2) which is connected to waste pipe (3). The drinkers can be installed in vertically stacked cages, using the same delivery and waste pipes.
