Abstract
The demountable prefabricated partition wall with Ml fire resistance characteristics, is built up from monoblock sub-panels is cellular material, e.g. rigid non-flammable and insulant foam derived from the in situ transformation of phenolic resin. The foam may be from the phenol-formaldehyde and/or the urea-formaldehyde families, and the technique used obtain tough skins by a single injection with localised condensation. Linings of diverse materials such as plastic, asbestos, or metal may be appended either directly or by primary bonding. Polycarbonate or methacrylate glazing units may be incorporated in the sub-panels at the injection stage.
