Abstract

The pipe flow control valve is connected to a membrane acted on in one sense by an elastic force and in the other by a liquid, the pressure of which is related to the value of a magnitude which is a function of the fluid flow to be regulated. The pressure is produced via a hydroelectric device (24) controlled by an electronic regulator which is influenced by variations in the value of the magnitude. The pressure of the liquid in contact with the membrane is transmitted by a pipe (23) connected to the outlet of a variable speed pump (32) which delivers into a calibrated tap (33) to an oil tank (35) supplying the pumps. The pump is driven by a variable speed electric motor (31) controlled by the electronic regulator.
