Abstract

There is a quarter circle frame with a handle (6) locating axially in the hub or centre of the circle and one fixed (2) and one adjustable (3) blade radiating from this hub, the blades aligning to cut in planes normal to the plane of the frame and co-planar with the axis of the base circle. The adjustable blade would be set to the desired angle and the cut effected by pressing the tool down on the cake. Converging blade ends locate in a slotted shallow cylinder (7) to be retained by a nut and axial screw.
