Abstract

Wiper blade body is formed by a parallel web section (6) divided by a vertical depending channel (4). Liquid cleaning agent delivered by a separate feed pump enters a supply duct on top of the hollow core (2) and is distributed through a narrow duct incorporated in the web section which is enclosed at both ends to ensure an efficient distribution of cleaning liquid over the wind screen surface. Several modifications may be incorporated, i.e. lateral apertures in blade or a double parallel web arrangement which provides a more efficient result and is suitable for train or aircraft application.
