Abstract

The system contains a primary winding coil fed by a direct current supply, and interrupted by a semiconductor whose impulse all have the same dwell independent of the engine speed under normal working conditions. The input data is used to trip a monostable switch whose output feeds an inpulse former. The input data is taken from alight sensitive switch built into the distributor base. The blind is driven by a rotor shaft which also carries the conventional distributor arm. The advance retard is depression dependent.
