Description

Tissu tricoté pour l'habillement.
On sait que les fils élastiques soit nus, soit assemblés ou couverts de fils textiles, présentent des propriétés remarquables d'élasticité avec un très grand pouvoir d'extensibilité et qu'ils peuvent être, par ailleurs, obtenus dans des titres très fins, lorsqu'ils sont synthétiques comme les polyuréthanes.
Pour avantageuses que soient les propriétés de ces fils, leur utilisation en vue de l'obtention de tissus élastiques destinés à l'habillement, pose cependant d'assez nombreux problèmes, tels que :
tension de fils au métier, nombre de mailles, etc.
La présente invention est relative à une combinaison particulière de moyens dont certains, pris séparément, sont connus, combinaison apportant une solution avantageuse en vue de l'obtention sur Métier Rachel ou sur Métier Chaîne de tissus d'habillement pleins, quoique relativement légers, indémaillables et à élasticité contrôlée dans les deux sens.
Suivant l'invention, ce tissu est caractérisé en ce que le tricotage sur Métier Rachel ou sur Métier Chaîne met simultanément en u̇vre trois séries de fils de chaîne parallèles travaillant en nappe, à savoir :
La première, constituée par des fils élastiques maillant chacun sur au moins deux colonnes, en mailles ouvertes ou fermées, et se déplaçant dans leur cheminement suivant deux directions perpendiculaires l'une à l'autre ; La seconde, telle qu'en fils synthétiques, travaillant en chaînette et maillant, mailles ouvertes ou fermées, au moyen d'une deuxième rangée de barres en se déplaçant sur une seule colonne ; Et, la troisième par une trame de fils de garnissage qui forme un léger relief sur l'une des faces du tissu et qui trame sur au moins deux colonnes.
Les fils de la première série donnent l'élasticité recherchée dans les deux sens, c'est-à-dire en long et en large, ceux de la seconde renforcent le tissu et le rendement indémaillable, alors que ceux de la troisième donnent au tissu son aspect plein, ces deux dernières séries de fils jouant, en outre, le rôle d'élément limiteur d'allongement final du tissu par la longueur qu'occupent au métier leurs brides ou jetées sous le métier, tant dans les rangées de mailles que dans les colonnes de mailles, c'est-à-dire en fonction de la tension donnée sur métier aux fils de la première série.
Le fil élastique peut être guipé ou non.
Le fil de chaînette peut être de nature synthétique, telle que polyamide, rétracté ou non. Il peut aussi être élastique et être constitué, par exemple, par un fil texturé, cas dans lequel il travaille sur deux colonnes.
Quant au fil de fond qui est avantageusement de titre plus gros, il remplit le tissu qui, sans sa présence, serait ajouré, et, resserré par la pression résultant de la rétraction des fils élastiques, il se met en relief sur une face du tissu en donnant à cette face un touché coton ou laineux, ou tout autre suivant sa nature.
A la tombée du métier, ce tissu subit un traitement de finissage spécial destiné à le faire rentrer et à lui conférer les propriétés finales susindiquées.
On obtient donc bien, par cette combinaison, un tissu tricot plein, indémaillable aéré, et à élasticité dans les deux sens, constituant un produit industriel nouveau en lui-même et l'invention vise également, à ce titre ce produit industriel.
L'invention sera de toute façon bien comprise à l'aide de la description et du dessin schématique ci-annexé donné seulement à titre indicatif et non limitatif.

However advantageous the properties of these yarns may be, their use for obtaining elastic fabrics intended for clothing, however, poses quite a number of problems, such as:

The present invention relates to a particular combination of means, some of which, taken separately, are known, a combination providing an advantageous solution with a view to obtaining on the Rachel loom or on the chain loom solid clothing fabrics, albeit relatively light, unbreakable. and with controlled elasticity in both directions.
According to the invention, this fabric is characterized in that the knitting on the Rachel loom or on the Warp loom simultaneously implements three series of parallel warp threads working in a sheet, namely:
The first consists of elastic threads each meshing on at least two columns, in open or closed meshes, and moving in their path in two directions perpendicular to each other; The second, such as in synthetic threads, working in chain and mesh, open or closed stitches, by means of a second row of bars moving on a single column; And, the third by a weft of filling threads which forms a slight relief on one of the faces of the fabric and which weft on at least two columns.
The threads of the first series give the desired elasticity in both directions, that is to say long and wide, those of the second reinforce the fabric and the run-on performance, while those of the third give the fabric its full appearance, these last two series of threads playing, in addition, the role of limiting element of final elongation of the fabric by the length occupied in the loom by their flanges or thrown under the loom, both in the rows of stitches and in the columns of stitches, that is to say according to the tension given on the loom to the threads of the first series.
The elastic thread may or may not be wrapped.
The chain thread can be of synthetic nature, such as polyamide, retracted or not. It can also be elastic and consist, for example, of a textured thread, in which case it works on two columns.
As for the ground thread which is advantageously of a larger title, it fills the fabric which, without its presence, would be openwork, and, tightened by the pressure resulting from the retraction of the elastic threads, it stands out on one side of the fabric. by giving this face a cotton or woolly feel, or any other depending on its nature.
At the end of the loom, this fabric undergoes a special finishing treatment intended to make it fit and to give it the final properties mentioned above.
Thus, by this combination, a solid knit fabric, ventilated run-proof, and elasticity in both directions, is indeed obtained, constituting a new industrial product in itself and the invention also aims, in this respect, at this industrial product.
The invention will in any case be well understood with the aid of the description and the appended schematic drawing, given only by way of indication and not by way of limitation.

Quant aux fils 3, ils sont de titres beaucoup plus gros; ils trament dans le tissu en lui conférant un aspect plein et en formant, sous l'effet de la rétraction des fils élastiques, un léger relief sur l'une des faces. La double élasticité de ce tissu, en combinaison avec ses autres caractéristiques, le destine plus particulièrement à la confection de vêtements confortables et se prêtant bien aux divers mouvements du corps (pantalons, vêtements de sport, etc.). En outre, les métiers de bonneterie sont réputés pour leurs hauts rendements et leur productivité. ce qui permet d'obtenir un prix de revient de ce tissu très avantageux. Enfin, comme il va de soi et comme il ressort d'ailleurs déjà de ce qui précède, l'invention ne se limite aucunement aux seules armures représentées au dessin et décrites ci-dessus; elle en embrasse, au contraire, toutes les variantes.
