Claims (4)

1. Skruvrotormaskin för komprimering eller expansion av ett elastiskt fluidum, omfattande ätminstone tvä 5 rotorer, en hanrotor (2) och en honrotor (1), med skruv-linjeformigt förlöpande kammar (3, 5) och spär (4, 6), av vilka rotorer ätminstone honrotorn (1) är framställd genom formsprutning i ett formverktyg med användning av ett plastmaterial med en elasticitetsmodul av högst 25 000 10 N/mm2, pä en axel av metall, kännetecknad av att honrotorns (1) kammar (3) har en sä i beroende av elasticitetsmodulen avpassad tjocklek, att kammarna (3) kunna fjädra undan tili följd av itagning mot den andra rotorn (2) pä grund av avvikelser hos honrotorns form frän 15 den av formverktyget (20) bestämda formen betingade av plastmaterialets härdning eller stelning och temperatur-ändringar, men ej tili följd av enbart fluidets tryck, och att axeln (8) har skruvlinjeformigt förlöpande kammar (10), som sträcker sig in i rotorkammarnas (3) bas och är 20 förbundna av konkava ytor (11), som sträcker sig pä ett avständ f rän rotorytan (4) som väsentligen är lika med rotorkammarnas (3) medeltjocklek.
2. Skruvrotormaskin enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknad av att plastmaterialet är en polymer 25 med en elasticitetsmodul av högst 10 000 N/mm2.
• 3. Skruvrotormaskin enligt patentkrav 1 eller 2, kännetecknad av att plastmaterialet är en ter-moplast, armerad med mycket korta fibrer av lämpligt material .
4. Skruvrotormaskin enligt nägot av patentkraven 1-3, kännetecknad av att plastmaterialets elasticitetsmodul dessutom är sä avpassad, att lokala upp-höjningar honrotorprofilen (1) av storleksordningen nägra hundradels millimeter undergär elastisk tillplattning vid 35 itagning mot den andra rotorn (2). . ·
